From his native Peru, Sergio Castro, a certified Chef by ACF, in collaboration with a Chilean friend named Patricio Vera come together to give life to Cono Sur an authentic Peruvian cuisine with traditional flavors creating a new alternative in the culinary venue of WNC. From seviche to pollo a las brasas and suspiro limeño, Cono Sur brings the essence and flavors of Peru to WNC.
